Friendliness of the staff, they were welcoming and made you feel at home. They were very nice! Size of the room, we had a studio with Balcony Big bathroom Charming room with character, as the whole facility. Very good breakfast, homemade and fresh, perfect!

    The hotel is very nice, with spacious and clean rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable. Its location is excellent—right inside the Krushuna Falls park, which makes visiting the waterfalls or the nearby Devetashka Cave very convenient. Note that there is a 5 BGN entry fee for the park, but we only had to pay it once during our stay. Breakfast is fine—nothing exceptional, but the products are fresh and there is some variety.
