Everything was GREAT! The room is lovely and super comfortable, the shower is amazing, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. Specially the scrambled eggs! Also the staff was super nice, and the snacks at the reception were a total blessing. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to Sao Paulo.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made all the difference during my visit. Great hotel. The breakfast in particular was a great a varied spread. This was by far the best hotel I stayed in while traveling through South America. Great view of the city from higher level rooms and rooftop pool/bar.

Luxury and understatement. A calm, green and stylish Oasis in the middle of Sao Paulo‘s concrete Jungle. Would recommend this over any of the more „traditional“ skyscraper based luxury hotels in city. Staff, building, decoration and facilities in general are on pair with the best hotels in the world.

Breakfast was just amazing so much choice of fresh fruit and we had the best eggs Benedict just perfection one of the best breakfasts during our South American trip the staff were helpful and friendly the room was great bed was comfortable sleeping 💤 was ace within walking distance of the MASP Art 🖼️ installation that was worth every penny we also went on a City tour booked at the hotel that was excellent went to Batman street the Cathedral and much more was a little pricey but you only visit places this far away from England once just wonderful Maria & Shaun xxx
