This trip was a dream! The weather was perfect, and the pousada was really great! The staff was super friendly, the room was immaculate, and the breakfast spread was incredible. The price was also quite reasonable in comparison with the other pousadas in the same area, none of which looked as nice as this one. The only downside (which wasn't really a problem for us) is that there's a fairly steep half-a-block descent from the pousada to the next street, so if you are quite elderly or have mobility issues, this might not be the best choice for you - but it was for us!

My favourite hotel in Petropolis and one of the best I stayed in the world! Impecably decorated, great breakfast - my special gratitude goes to ladies serving breakfast!
