We got free upgrade to a room with hot tub. Room was so spacious, clean and full of supplies. Breakfast in bed was simply amazing. Staff is so polite. Free coffee is always a bonus.

Waterfall is great, go on the boat, fly over it, go behind...

Waterfall is great, go on the boat, fly over it, go behind the falls but don't stay in Niagara Falls, too touristy, hotels footfall is huge, the lifts are constantly full and the breakfasts very mediorce at best. I recommend staying in Niagara on the Lake which is beautiful and visiting the falls for the day.

We are from the southeastern US.

We are from the southeastern US. We visited on Labor Day weekend and the weather was great for the weekend but it turned cold midweek. The falls are beautiful when the mist begins to freeze. We had a wonderful vacation.

This is an absolute MUST.

This is an absolute MUST. Get yourself on a boat on the river, behind the falls through the tunnels & get out onto the shelf to get yourself saturated, watch from the walkways alongside, helicopter above, get your accommodation so that you see them (even more spectacular the higher the floor you go.)

The property is very close to the Falls, about a 20min walk to the Horseshoe Falls and close to Clifton Hill, Skylon Tower and the hotel & casino district.The property is well-appointed and whilst cozy, is more spacious than the pictures suggest. It is in a quiet area of town, so full and restful sleeps after your day at the Falls is guaranteed. The coded doorways are easy to access. We travelled in December, during a cold spell that brought snow and thankfully, the loft’s ambient temperature was perfect - not hot, not cold, just right.

We didn’t actually stay at TheOaks - due to plumbing issues we were put in the Hilton in a similar room to the one booked on the 32nd floor, with a lovely jacuzzi bath for two that overlooks the falls. Better view of the American Falls than the Horseshoe Falls, but due to weather conditions the spray concealed a lot of the HoreshoeFalls anyway. Be prepared for fireworks to be cancelled if the weather is bad. Don’t fret about parking charges there are cheaper 10 dollars lots on every corner.

The Tower Hotel is located in an amazing position: even without a room with a view on the falls, it's possible to book a place in the restaurant just above the Horseshoe Falls and enjoy the fireworks show! The staff is very kind and the rooms nice and clean.

Hotel was in a good location with easy walk to bars & restaurants, sky wheel, Hardrock cafe, Casino etc. You could walk to rainbow bridge, American falls & Hornblower boat trips. A little further to horseshoe falls and further again to the power station museum around 20+ mins. Hotel was clean, room was a good size & staff friendly & helpful. It has a small pool & hot tub , gym & guest laundry. River view rooms have a great view of firework display @ 10pm in summer.
