There was a cute note on the door for my arrival. Information to help with everything as a visitor was laid out. If you have the opportunity to go to the family area I totally recommend it, it is stunning. The suite was cosy and comfortable with a fab communal area. The price we paid was really reasonable and overall the best accommodation we stayed in of the 10 different hotels we stayed at during our Seattle / Canada road trip.
