Close to shops, trails and bus stop.
The staff were so nice and helpful.
We were delighted with our room a lovely loft space in a 4 bed dorm.
Cooking facilities were good and place was spotlessly clean.
A lovely wood fire in the main building great to warm up after a days hiking/sightseeing or meet up with other travellers to share stories.
They also have a sauna and a restaurant.
Overall a great stay. 🤗

Beautiful.
Beautiful. Go in June before the crowds and go early in the morning. Most people stay around the hotel but if you walk along the lakeshore, there will be fewer people. Went in May and it was easy to book accommodation and get around.However Lake Louise Gondola doesnt open till end of the month-old Banff Gondola open year round. Best meal at the Train Station where we ate outside and watched the Rocky Mountaineer arrive. Visited the lake by Parks bus as it's $ 21 to park and only $ 11 by bus.Beautiful lake with lots of walks from it.Best to go early to miss crowds. However the routes are quite steep ! It's a gorgeous looking place on a sunny day, though expect everything to be expensive. Ate at the Outpost Pub which provided a decent meal. Complimentary bus to Lake Louise was great since the parking was completely sold out. The staff are amazing, the location is beautiful, we had a room over looking the lake and the view was like a painting! Restaurants have lovely food. If you are visiting Lake Louise I wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere else, we could enjoy the lake at our own pace once most of the day visitors have left and the hotel organises shuttles just for guests to other popular sites like Moraine Lake for a reasonable price.Guest review bysaraUnited Kingdom

Lake Morraine and Lake Louise Shuttle from the hotel is very convenient. Breakfast options are buffet or A la Carte. A little expensive i think, very good food. Nice indoor pool and steam room plus hot tub. Would be lovely it it was outdoors! Love the rooms with a balcony where you can open the doors and have lovely fresh air. They were super welcoming and helpful especially with parking and recommendations for how to get to Lake Louise without the Parks Canada shuttle. The whole hostel was extremely clean especially the bathrooms and shower which was wonderful.
