Without a doubt, this property has secured its place as the absolute highlight of my entire Canada trip. To say it left a lasting impression would be an understatement – it significantly deepened my appreciation for the city itself. Originally intending to stay for just two nights, I was so captivated by the experience that I promptly extended my stay for an additional two nights, a decision that truly speaks to the exceptional quality of this hotel chain. The room I had the pleasure of staying in was a true gem, situated in a corner position that afforded me an impeccable view of the cityscape. Witnessing the lights of Ottawa from my room was an enchanting spectacle that simply added to my fondness for the city. What set the room apart were the remarkable full-floor-to-ceiling windows, creating an immersive and panoramic experience that seamlessly connected the indoors with the dynamic urban scene outdoors. The attention to detail in the room layout, furnishings, and overall ambiance ensured a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that truly resonated with me. It's not often that accommodations manage to strike a perfect balance between style and comfort, but this property undoubtedly succeeded in doing so. The professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness of the staff also played a pivotal role in enhancing my stay. Their level of service was consistently top-notch, and their genuine dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience did not go unnoticed. One standout feature was the daily provision of complimentary snacks, sodas, and bottled water, a gesture that went above and beyond the norm and added a delightful touch to my stay. This property easily ranks as the best among the various accommodations I experienced throughout my Canadian journey. Its impact on my perception of the city was profound, prompting me to extend my stay and immerse myself further in its charming experience.

This property offered the best facilities in the room that we have encountered in 3 weeks travel. The small kitchenette provided a tea pot and tea bags ( welcomed by us Brits !) as well as good coffee machine. The Bsthroom was well appointed including an enlarged mirror. Shower was powerful and all very clean. The Breakfast was brilliant with full choice from fruit and yoghurt through croissants and cooked egs and bacon. The best we have been offered in an inclusive price. Location was excellent with only 5 mins stroll into Byword Market and 10 mins to Parliament hill. This was all brilliant for us as we didn’t have long in the city. This was a great hotel offering good value for money in central location.
