The front desk & concierge were very efficient & helpful, both days the breakfast was delicious and restaurant personnel Joey & another Asian lady made it super special serving us with warmth and a smile. This superb hotel is a real hidden gem right in the middle of downtown Calgary. The location is perfect, access is very easy when arriving by car, and local amenities and tourist activities (eg Calgary Zoo) are well within easy reach. Dining locations are easy to reach and key sightseeing activities accessible without any issue. Service and friendliness from all staff is incredible - nothing is too much trouble and staff go out of their way to ensure every customer is so well looked after at every encounter. Highly recommend this hotel for any traveller looking for exemplary accommodation in Calgary. I will definitely stay here again on any future visit to Calgary.
