I just wanted to say a massive thank you to your team in Edmonton. People are always what makes the difference to service, and this hotel has some of the best people. Everyone was authentically genuine, caring and thoughtful, something that money can't teach. I stay at a lot of hotels for work, and this hotel was one of the best for service. I would like to say a massive thank you to Saloni on reception who made our stay the best it could be, and Buddhika and Jenny in the restaurant, both of whom could not have done more for us! There was another lady on reception when we checked out as well who was really nice, but I didn't catch her name. Plus the food and rooms were great!

    The pillows were short but wide, resulting in an uncomfortable night sleep for my partner. The walls were quite thin - we could hear a lot of slamming doors and the neighbouring room having a shower and running a bath. The staff were pleasant. The room was outdated, but did the job for our one night stay. Location was a short walk to Rogers Place (the one main attraction we wanted to see), however there were a few homeless people along the nearby streets.

    GREAT LOCATION FOR THE CFR AT ROGERS PLACE! PARKING WAS TIGHT TO PARKING. WE WERE GLAD TO BE ABLE TO PARK WITHIN THE HOTEL COMPOUND. ROOM WAS SMALL, WORKED WELL FOR THE 4 OF US.

    The staff were very friendly. We picked this hotel due to location. It worked out very well being close to rogers place to grab a cab back and forth. We had a spa bath which was very comfortable. Also nice and close to superstore if your like us and like snacks.
