First of all I would like to thank Janka for all the extra effort she pulled for us because of our late check in, She was very kind and helpful and prepared everything for us. We loved our room, it was clean and the bed extra comfortable, the view breathtaking, the breakfast delicious.

Location was excellent for trip up to Mount Rigi and boat across the lake to Lucerne, literally next door. Hotel and outdoor area absolutely stunning, magnificent views of the lake, staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Room was great , huge bathroom and so clean, there is an excellent coffee station on each floor which always had plenty of everything that you need. Excellent breakfast,lots of choice

    The room was clean and well equipped, all brand new. Easy to find from Arth-Goldau train station. Some very nice possibilities around for an early evening walk through town or the woods, with some nice views on the beginning of the Alps.

    The room was spacious for one person. It has a nice kitchen and the bathroom is also good. The beds are comfortable. Within a 10 minute walk you have the arth-goldau train station which is a hub to all other places in Switzerland.
