SwitzerlandThe hotel and the staff, everything is absolutely fabulous. Will come back again! It is one of the best hotel experience I have had so far. We were amazed with room and all the tailor made equipment for kids and our dog, everything was waiting for us in advance. Spacious and beautiful room. Staff is unbelievably pleasant,kind and helpful. During the breakfast it was so calm and quiet even there was lot of people. The energy and atmosphere is absolutely divine. Not to mention gardens around, spa, everything is 5 stars and more.

The first was during covid times, so it was great to experience the full buffet breakfast this time! Good sized, contemporary rooms with quality fittings. Quiet. near to CHUV metro stop and with Lausanne Transport card included. The venue is outside of the city centre but the dining room supplied very adequate meals in the evening with a full bar facility. Breakfast was an exceptional buffet which was included in the rate.
