The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff at the hotel were also very kind and helpful, always ready to answer our questions , accomodate our requests and give us precious advice.
The hotel is in the center of the city, so it was easy to reach many local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We could easily explore the area on foot or by subway and enjoy all that Lausanne has to offer.
Overall, our stay at the Lausanne Palace was a wonderful experience. The beautiful hotel, spacious, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff, and perfect location made the trip very enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

Although the room is not spacious, it contains various amenities you need - even little things you would not expect (e.g. adaptors). The decoration is very beautiful and stylish. The reception would give you free drink for each person upon your arrival, and there are even 2 bottles of water and 2 bottles of soft drink inside the room. Of course coffee pods are there for free.
