The manager and his wife were wonderful! We ended up eating every mean overlooking the beautiful Lake Lucerne. We got to know the waiters and they were so kind. We went for a day into Lucerne, and the manager recommended the best restaurant, Brasserie Bodu which we have since passed on to friends visiting Lucerne. Everything was fantastic. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful – always available and smiling. We also loved the food served on the beautiful terrace by the lake – it was truly superb. We really enjoyed our stay and the location is perfect, we visited Luzern and Mount Rigi, both are only 30 minutes away.

We loved everything from very first minute. Online check in - straight forward and easy. The room such a clean and beds are very comfy. Modern design. The small kitchen such a great benefits if you travel with kids. The access to the lovely dinning area at any time for free quality coffee and tea - such a generous idea. The lake is just crossed the road, we spent whole day swimming in puddle board and bathing. Quite beautiful location.
