A small department store is within walking distance. Cable cars going to Schilthorn is also nearby. We had a junior suite, it was spacious and had good facilities. The balcony is shared by all the rooms. We had the view of the town on one side and of the mountains from another. If you stay there, be by those windows as often as possible. The breakfast was also a great selection and a good amount before a morning hiking. The location in relation to hiking Schilthorn is ideal, and the cable cars are easy enough of a system to figure out (I parked at Stechelberg). This was one of my favourite stays on my vacation! Filly equipped with every kitchen item you need, the local Coop is a 2 min walk and the Schilthorn is on your on your doorstep to travel to Lauterbrunnen and Gimmewald. My room was located next to the elevator, luckily it didn't bother me. There is a mountain view outside the window. The room is small, but clean and tidy.
