She went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. When I explained my situation, she immediately took action to ensure that I had everything I needed. She provided invaluable support throughout my stay. She helped me with the check-in process, ensuring it was as smooth as possible given the circumstances. She also offered practical assistance, such as finding a room that suited my needs and so on. She frequently checked in on us, offering comforting words and making sure we were okay. Her genuine care and concern helped to alleviate our worries and made us feel at ease. Her exceptional service, personal attention, and kind words turned a potentially difficult situation into a pleasant and memorable experience. I highly recommend Novotel Bern Expo Hotel, not only for its comfortable accommodations but also for the wonderful staff who go above and beyond to make every guest feel special.

Great position next to a train station and a supermarket where you can buy the meals. Gym was a huge plus. Staff were helpful with everything we needed. Rooms are fairly big, comfortable and well cleaned. They have ironing stations on every second floor. Good price for this region, I'd stay here again.

Felt like home, friendly sfaff , helpfull

Kind staff, good water pressure in the shower, good beds, not too soft, so we slept very good! Hotel is in the quiet area but very well connected with the city centre, everything was close, few minutes walk or drive. Welcome drink and parking at site.
