Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The decor is spot on. Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh dishes for everyone's taste. Rooms are updated and are larger than expected with a nice balcony. Mini bar was included, nice touch. The staff was very helpful in providing local amenity and ski information. They went out of their way to help us with accommodation resolution due to being stuck in Zermat as a result from a heavy snow storm which caused the trains to be cancelled. Thank you Hotel Daniella!

Everything was excellent! The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I liked everything about my stay. The breakfast was absolutely perfect — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. The location is right in the city center, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Truly a perfect stay!

It was an amazing holiday: Gratitudes Resort La Ginabelle and staff. Spacious, clean room and delicious breakfast. I enjoyed the evening piano performance at the bar. I will visit Zermatt next year and would love to stay here again.
