This was the most charming boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t expect it would be so great considering the more than reasonable price. The architecture of the building is very beautiful and the interior is very nice and decorated with taste. Patricia is a wonderful host, very helpful and with a lovely energy. It is a classy, beautiful place. The room is spacious and clean. It’s in downtown and within walking distance to many attractions, supermarkets/stores and restaurants. Feeling safe in the area. We felt welcomed the moment we got off the cab front of the hotel. Breakfast was great - eggs are made to order and enough choices and variety to kick start the day. The staff were friendly. They spoke good English. Would definitely come again when visiting Santiago again
