We recently stayed at Hotel Martín Gusinde in Puerto Natales for five days, and our experience was nothing short of fantastic. The hotel is in a perfect location, surrounded by plenty of dining options, which made exploring the local cuisine incredibly convenient. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. Their warm hospitality really added to the overall experience. The breakfast offered was amazing. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into ensuring the guests had a satisfying meal each morning. Our room was spotless, with clean and comfortable bedding, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The heating in the room was excellent, keeping us cozy throughout our stay, which was especially appreciated given the chilly weather outside. Overall, our stay at Hotel Martín Gusinde was wonderful. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Natales. The combination of perfect location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations made our trip truly memorable.

The staff were amazing- so helpful and went out of their way to get info for us. They spoke perfect English and we’re all kind and friendly. They sent us away with breakfast to go bags on our very early days - amazing! The room was simple and lovely with great views!

We arrived to the hotel after 10pm on New Years Eve after trekking in Patagonia. Thoroughly exhausted, as soon as we arrived the staff welcomed us, asked if we wanted any late night food, got us set up, and had a NYE party ready to go for guests. The welcome honestly blew us away since we had no way to communicate how late we were getting back. They were so accommodating and the rooms are more beautiful than the photos indicate (and the photos are stellar). Highly recommend.

    There's a currency exchange place right in the bus station,...

    There's a currency exchange place right in the bus station, which is great if you just arrived from Argentina (although you won't get a good exchange rate, given the extreme volatility of the Argentine peso. Better than nothing, though). Also, even if no one is in the booth labelled radio taxi, you can wait out back through the door by the booth for a taxi - they come and go, so one will come by. We had to wait maybe 10 minutes.

    Located at the top of town, so make sure your accommodation is walkable if you are carrying luggage! ALL the buses to Torres del Paine leave from here, so make sure you know the company you bought the ticket from AND the departure time, as there are several!
