I'm genuinely surprised at the price we paid for such a nice hotel. I did book it, maybe 8 months in advance, so that's part of it, but we were very impressed. The whole hotel was designed beautifully and the location was perfect. The back terrace area was especially nice to relax in in the evening. Overall, we were just very, very happy with the stay.

Great hotel with very comfortable beds. Having the entrance from the hotel directly to the massive food hall/restaurant floor of the shopping centre is perfect. Great breakfast.

An idyllic hotel with sublime staff and top location. Highly recommended place if you’re visiting the city. From reception, to service team, they were all just amazing. Very helpful and friendly people who have done their best in their hands to make us feel like at home. The breakfast was of a wide range, the pool was always quiet, and the rooms kept at high standards -although perhaps they need a bit of an update-.

Breakfast was great, good fresh fruit, pastries , good coffee. Scrambled eggs were too soft/ runny, but apparently that is how South Americans prefer it since other hotels had the same. Reception always helpful and pleasant

The hotel has an incredible staff - without exception, everyone was pleasant, helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, assisted and valued. However, a special shout-out goes to each of Gustavo and Patrick at the front door, to Kimberly on the front desk, and to Diego in the Club Room, all of whose services were personally appreciated by us. This hotel is the perfect place to relax after a long flight to Chile or to wrap up a vacation there. Absolutely the best!

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. the food was great at both restaurants and the breakfast spread was one of the best we have experienced anywhere. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, even at 4am when we arrived and departed. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

    Go at 1hr before sunset. Climb to the top. Great view looking down onto the old city if too hazy for the other hill or viewing points such as san Cristobal. Very secure with police walking around. The area below has a lot of good eateries, particularly Lastarria (villavicencio street). During the evening many talented buskers will entertain you on the street next to your tables. A lovely vibe. Security guards patrol this area during the evening. There is an artisan market near the Santa Lucia metro station opposite the hill. Some good stuff there.

    Very good accommodation in a central location, close to Santa Lucia Hill and the Lastarria neighborhood, with the main square just a 15-minute walk away. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a cozy bed. It was cleaned daily, and a small snack was left in the room, which was perfect for dinner or even breakfast the next day. The room also had a small kitchenette and a fridge, very useful for longer stays. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. Comfortable and spacious accommodation in the city center, highly recommended.

    Mito Casa Hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from Baquedano Metro Station, which makes getting around super easy. It’s also really close to main attractions like the Bellavista neighborhood, the Santiago Funicular, and Santa Lucía Hill. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. Every night when I came back to the hotel, we would chat about my day, which made me feel very welcome. :) The rooms were spotless, and the whole place had such a cozy, home-like vibe.

    We chose this hotel due to its location- 10min walk to the fernicular and half an hour to plaza de armas and Santa Lucia hill. It’s also a short walk to plenty of different restaurants and bars. The bathroom was new and spacious, the bed was comfortable
