We recently had the pleasure of staying at an Bonjour boutique Hotel and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the delicious halal cuisine to the comfortable accommodation, friendly staff, and exceptional service, every aspect of my stay left me thoroughly impressed. First and foremost, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the mouthwatering halal meals (they prepared especially according to our culture)provided in the morning.The hosts went above and beyond to ensure that each meal was not only prepared with love and care but also represented the rich flavors of authentic Arab cuisine. The variety of dishes offered was extensive, catering to different preferences and dietary requirements. Each meal was a culinary delight that I savored to the last bite. Moving on to the accommodation, the rooms were well-furnished and thoughtfully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the comfortable bedding to the tasteful decor that reflected the local culture. The cleanliness was impeccable, which significantly contributed to the overall comfort and relaxation during my stay. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff deserve special mention. The entire team was not only friendly and warm but also genuinely dedicated to making our stay as pleasant as possible. Their readiness to assist in any way they could, whether it was arranging transportation, suggesting local attractions, or answering our queries, made us feel truly valued and pampered throughout our stay. It was evident that the staff's top priority was ensuring our satisfaction and creating a memorable experience for guests. Aside from the wonderful amenities and outstanding service.The hotel is situated in a peaceful neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it provided the perfect respite from the daily grind. In conclusion, it was an exceptional stay special thanks to the staff!

My first day in Guilin was at Serene Vale Inn Gui Lin. My impression of Guilin was good since the view from the room was beautiful. The Hill can be seen through the window of our bedroom and I thought this hotel's name Serene Vale suits the property and it is calm and peaceful. The bedroom is decorated is a traditional Chinese style including accessories such as a tea table with a Chinese tea set. Breakfast was simple but good. They even supplied our breakfast to take away for the Li River Cruise since we had to leave early at 6 a.m. The staff provided us late late-night food service, to buy the noodle soup dinner when we needed it at late night by the night duty staff since it was winter and their kitchen had closed. Our first night experience and I could tell it was also my husband, 's birthday. We did not want to go out, it was very cold ;

Very centrally located to the pedestrian street with lots of food choices. Walking distance to the Elephant Trunk Hill and also to catch the 4 lakes, 2 river night cruise. Also can walk to the twin towers which look beautiful when lit up at night. The room was spacious and there was a lovely sitting corner out in the front to drink tea and people watch. You can access their washing machines and dryers if you need to wash clothes.

Everything was central to the hotel and excellent. There are all the toiletries provided to you by the hotel including slippers. Night market and street entertainment nearby. The Sun and Moon Temples were only about 7 minutes easy and Elephant Trunk Hill was about a 15-minute walk Staff was friendly. Great buffet breakfast 630-10 am and free laundry facilities. Small gym facilities.

The hotel is near the central railway station and a short walk from Elephant Trunk Hill and the lakes, so it is a really convenient base. Plus you have a view of the river which is also nice. The room is not too fancy, but it is spacious and comfortable. David was helpful, he can help you with the logistics of your stay. Food was also nice. If I come back to Guilin, I know where to stay!

Very friendly hotel staff that speak English quite well. They got me a taxi to the Longsheng Rice fields. I spent one night here and then left, leaving my big bag, returned the day after and got a room upgrade. The hotel is close to Elephant Trunk Hill and a popular shopping street. Felt safe as a solo female traveller. Breakfast was nice as well. The first day I had to leave early and they made me breakfast to go. When I left they gave me a little pot with black tea.

Central location like the hotel name. Near famous food/shopping street and walking distance to twin pagodas and elephant trunk hill. Room is clean and spacious with sofa corner. Comfortable king size bed. The hotel has offered free laundry too👍! The two counter ladies, 潘潘和小夏 are very friendly, helpful and informative. Thank you! 😊

Excellent customer service and coffee is the best around town! Great convenient location to Elephant trunk hill, walkable distance to the touristy city center where the walking street is. Lotsa eataries around the hotel n convenient store is just across the street.

After 1 month in China this was the best Hostel yet. Good Location near the elephant Trunk Hill and a nice breakfast for a small fee. The Coffee and Beer selection was especially extraordinary. The staff helped me with booking Several Tours and showed me around the City.
