The view from the room was amazing. The location directly at the lake is beautiful and in the night the colorful lights are really beautiful. The breakfast was compared with the other breakfast. We had quite good don’t expect a five star European or an Arabic breakfast. We don’t know why the comments on booking are so ambitious. We can only recommend this hotel and we have been staying in many hotels in China and all over the world.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were warm and friendly and helped a lot with my trip planning. The hotel also provides discount vouchers for a nearby spa - Cocolele. Was one of my best massage experience.

Location is very idyllic and not too far away from Guilin. It only takes 15 minutes to get there. There is an in-house restaurant with excellent food! Also other restaurants close by. Owner helped us book a group tour to the rice terraces (for just 268 RMB per person), and also a private tour to Yangshuo and Xingping. Very good service!

Very centrally located to the pedestrian street with lots of food choices. Walking distance to the Elephant Trunk Hill and also to catch the 4 lakes, 2 river night cruise. Also can walk to the twin towers which look beautiful when lit up at night. The room was spacious and there was a lovely sitting corner out in the front to drink tea and people watch. You can access their washing machines and dryers if you need to wash clothes.

Everything was central to the hotel and excellent. There are all the toiletries provided to you by the hotel including slippers. Night market and street entertainment nearby. The Sun and Moon Temples were only about 7 minutes easy and Elephant Trunk Hill was about a 15-minute walk Staff was friendly. Great buffet breakfast 630-10 am and free laundry facilities. Small gym facilities.

The hotel is near the central railway station and a short walk from Elephant Trunk Hill and the lakes, so it is a really convenient base. Plus you have a view of the river which is also nice. The room is not too fancy, but it is spacious and comfortable. David was helpful, he can help you with the logistics of your stay. Food was also nice. If I come back to Guilin, I know where to stay!

Very friendly hotel staff that speak English quite well. They got me a taxi to the Longsheng Rice fields. I spent one night here and then left, leaving my big bag, returned the day after and got a room upgrade. The hotel is close to Elephant Trunk Hill and a popular shopping street. Felt safe as a solo female traveller. Breakfast was nice as well. The first day I had to leave early and they made me breakfast to go. When I left they gave me a little pot with black tea.

Central location like the hotel name. Near famous food/shopping street and walking distance to twin pagodas and elephant trunk hill. Room is clean and spacious with sofa corner. Comfortable king size bed. The hotel has offered free laundry too👍! The two counter ladies, 潘潘和小夏 are very friendly, helpful and informative. Thank you! 😊

Excellent customer service and coffee is the best around town! Great convenient location to Elephant trunk hill, walkable distance to the touristy city center where the walking street is. Lotsa eataries around the hotel n convenient store is just across the street.

After 1 month in China this was the best Hostel yet. Good Location near the elephant Trunk Hill and a nice breakfast for a small fee. The Coffee and Beer selection was especially extraordinary. The staff helped me with booking Several Tours and showed me around the City.
