The hotel is absolutely amazing. I am travelling the world woth my son and this trip was the best we ever had. We ended up staying longer. The host is amazing. She keeps in touch by wechat and she answered all our requests. She made our stay so much easier! The room is really spacious with comfy beds. The view is outstanding. I miss my mornings, when I just stared out of the window on the ancient city rooftops. The location is great- very centrally located yet you just make 1 turn from the buzzlin street and it's absolutely quiet. We had best nights there. Also during the whole stay i never locked the room and we were out till late. This is how safe it is. Priceless. I am the host myself and usually approach the hotels with high demands, but this time there was nothing to complain about. I purely enjoyed everything.

The location is very convenient. The staff 大喜 (Cathy) was very friendly, responded to my questions quickly, and helped solve many of our problems during our stay in Lijiang. We truly appreciated her excellent service!

The feeling this hotel gives me is a surprise! Whether it is the environment, hygiene, facilities, or services, they are all beyond my imagination. High cost-effectiveness. The added value is high. Although the shop owner does not know English, they will try their best to provide you with assistance. I will recommend it to friends.

We are a family of two adults and two children under the age of 10. The homestay is located in a quiet area of the city, with spacious rooms and plenty of natural light. We were well taken care of by our host. There are Chinese and Western options for breakfast (eggs, sweet potatoes, corn, black tea, milk), which need to be requested one day in advance. We didn't want to order Chinese breakfast, but on the last morning, we ordered two sets of Chinese breakfast and two sets of Western breakfast, which was indeed a good choice and should have been done from the beginning. We had to extend our stay by one day, and the host showed us the sights, restaurants, and great cafes in the area. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Lijiang.

Staffs are increadibly supportive even they could not speak English. Using a translator, they could support us for guiding. After check out, they could even accompany with me for carrying our luggages to the street where I could take a taxi. (5~7 min walking distance. Taxi cannot enter the old town in Lijang) Most of all, they offered me a free additional room as I booked a triple room. Breakfast is not included but I could just find a fine restaurant next to the hotel where I could enjoy dumpling. Thanks for the good experience!
