It exceeded my expectations. Needless to say Amara is world class, it even offer Singapore curry chicken. The care from the staffs and house keeping are so thoughtful. The staff from the lounge at level 30 give me the best tour advices for Shanghai, I will definitely go back again

I rarely write hotel reviews, but the Radisson Collection Shanghai truly deserves one. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and were unfailingly kind and helpful throughout our stay. From the front desk to the bellboys, the housekeeping team, and the swimming pool and gym staff, every single person made us feel welcome. I don’t know who the General Manager is, but it’s clear they’re doing an outstanding job leading this team.

With two kids , we planned to travel using Shanghai’s excellent subway system. The Hotel is about a 5 minutes walk from Shanghai Station, which connects to the major subway lines. What stood out for us was the great room, the excellent breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff. They spent more than half an hour helping us out with the App system to secure bookings, understanding how everything works. Everyone worked with a smile and was very helpful. I don’t normally do this but will name drop some staff names here : Beck, Victoria, Eva, Alan, all in their own way created great memories and an atmosphere that we can’t recommend enough.
