The staff were excellent - very helpful, attentive to our needs, lots of TLC's during the our stay. Friendly, they all genuinely looked pleased to see you. Room was roomy light and airy. Beds comfortable and warm. Breakfast had a wide range food western and Chinese. Also it seemed to have a quiet area for eating breakfast. The views from the windows were great. Facilities what you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton hotel. Very clean hotel. It was a perfect hotel experience.

Very clean and modern with great location. Took about 10mins to walk to St Sophia’s Cathedral. Lobby offers hot water and tea which was a nice touch!

    The location was great, although the details provided on the booking platform at the time of my reservation were incorrect. The best way to reach the hotel is by heading to Harbin Railway Station, as the hotel is located very nearby. Additionally, the provided phone number was not functional. Given the low price, I didn’t expect much, but the most important thing was that the room was clean and free of smoke odor.
