A great location combining relaxing comfort, great facilities and outstanding service.

Overall, a nice hotel with a modern interior, very, very clean, and excellent service (including English-speaking staff). Fresh water was delivered to the room every day. We arrived earlier than expected, but the room was already available, and we were able to check in immediately without any hassle. Breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of both Chinese and European cuisine. There were plenty of options, and the food was very tasty and of high quality. Many dishes were freshly prepared in front of you (I never got bored with the fresh omelettes). There was also an abundance of vegetables and fruits—the watermelon was a daily must-have for the children. The pictures provided were truly representative, and there were no unpleasant surprises upon arrival. The rooms are spacious; we stayed in a standard room with two adults and two children, and it was comfortable. A couple staying in the same room would have plenty of space. The bathroom setup was particularly nice, with a separate toilet and a very large shower. I especially liked how the shower floor was designed—every hotel should adopt this feature. The location is within walking distance of the metro and railway station, yet you don’t feel like you’re near a station. There was absolutely no noise from the surroundings. According to other guests’ demography, this is a truly family- and children-friendly hotel.

A great, private little room with decent sized bathroom as well. Brilliant location, very clean and would absolutely stay there again. They're great with the communication and helped when I couldn't find the location.

Our stay at Opartment by Far East was absolutely wonderful! Traveling with young children can be challenging, but this accommodation made our experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. They accommodated to 2 extra rooms at very last minute notice because our previous accommodation was horrendous. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The fully-equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing meals for the kids, and the daily cleaning service ensured we could relax after a busy day exploring. The location was unbeatable—close to key attractions like Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, the Bund, and People’s Square. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including family-friendly restaurants and a convenience store a few steps away from the hotel A special mention to the staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their kindness and attention to detail, from helping with luggage to providing local tips, truly set this property apart. We can’t recommend Opartment enough for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay in Shanghai.
