I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel, and I must highlight their exceptional hospitality and safety standards. A special thank you goes to Eliza, who demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and kindness. I had mistakenly left my money in the safe when checking out and heading to the airport. After calling the reception, Eliza immediately took action, coordinated everything, and personally ensured the money was delivered to me at the airport. This thoughtful gesture gave me 100% confidence in the integrity and dedication of the staff. It is a strong reminder that the quality of the staff is the most important factor when choosing a place to stay. Kudos to the management for assembling such a fantastic team, especially Eliza and Alina, who truly went above and beyond to make my stay worry-free. The team is friendly, spicily the guy from the reception, his name is Adam, he was really helpful, nice, and polite. The breakfast is great. And the gym is near by the hotel across the street.

We liked the breakfast pretty much, also the room is decent and the location is central enough. I would recommend the place to anyone for the value.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and had a great knowledge of what to do and what tour's to take . The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar staff were also very friendly and chatty, asked for a Brandy one night and the barman brought it to me with the Brandy glass on top of a glass of hot water which brings out the flavor of the Brandy he said. It was just a nice touch and added to the experience.
