Very nice and modern hotel! At two minutes walking from the Charles Bridge and all the restaurant and small shops! The room was not so big, but enough for two people. A really big thank you to Martin at the reception who has been able to help us even before our arrival organising the transfer and helping us choosing the best cruise to enjoy the city form another perspective. Also I would like to thank the lady at the breakfast, because she was always kind and sweet to satisfy our requests! For sure I will come back for my next visit in Prague! The breakfast could look small at the beginning, but they have all you need to start your day, you can choose between the buffet options available, but for the hot dishes and drinks you can order it.

Charles Bridge

This faithful friend has spanned the watery divide between the Old Town and Malá Strana for over 600 years. The stream of footsteps on the cobbles sounds out a restless beat, accompanying the myriad street musicians and performers. Bronze statues stand watch over the crowd, giving an eternal sense of grandeur to this most majestic of Prague’s bridges.

Sunset is one of the best times to view the bridge and walk across. Make sure to check out the John Lennon Peace Wall when you get to the other side of the bridge. Check out the Good Luck St. John of Nepomuk statue - it is shiny where people rub it for luck.

This stunning bridge is pictureseque and like something from a postcard. However, especially on the weekends, it is absolutely swarming with tourists at all hours of the day and night, and so I would recommend getting there early in the morning (on a weekday) to maximise your visit. Otherwise, it's really hard to appreciate the architecture and history, and it is very busy with tourist-based vendors.

Amazing view and the way from the Narodni museum to the bridge is wonderful by walk. You get to see and experience different shops, eateries etc. It was raining when we were there so we didn't get to stay long on the bridge itself. But worth visiting.

Bustling in the afternoon, but still a wonderful walk across this amazing bridge where artists line the streets between statues of old. And the views of the city are breathtaking. Early in the day would be the least traveled times for less traffic, but any time of the day is still work the stroll.

The apartment was right next to Charles Bridge so the Castle wasn't that far. All the main attractions were close at hand. Town square was a short walk. We were next to a Beer Museum with a huge selection of beers The apartment was clean and modern with cooking and cleaning facilities. Really nice spacious one bed apartment. There was access to Netflix on their TV too. I would highly recommend.

Shout out for Jan who received a parcel on our behalf with bags for our bikes. Communication was excellent. And the hotel is in a very quiet street only 10 min walk from Charles Bridge and the Old Town. Highly recommended!

Unbelievable location, right next to the Charles Bridge and in a part of town with some very nice cafes, bars and restaurants. Short walk to the John Lennon Wall, the very narrow street, and of course, to the historic centre Very quaint hotel (it was very of its time) but everything was spot on - clean, cozy, and the continental buffet was perfect The value for money was on point

The hotel is on a quiet street and square near the Waldstein Palace, just between Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. The rooms are quite spacious (as for Prague), there are inside bar and restaurant serving Italian cuisine. Easy breakfast with a nice bonus - fresh orange juice. The location and staff here are deserve 5+, but everything else falls short of 5*, furniture, renovation, linen - everything is a bit worn. Nevertheless, the overall impression from a short stay is positive.

Great hotel, great location, next to Charles Bridge and a short walk to the Old Town. Fantastic breakfast and friendly, helpful staff! We walked to the hotel BUT the COBBLESTONED streets made it a difficult and slow trip! Our tip in Prague is take an Uber if you are dragging suitcases any more than 500ms.

I am so satisfied that I felt like I was in a royal palace. Everything was perfect, sparkling and luxurious. The bedroom, bathroom, coffee and tea for guests were neat. The view from the window was fantastic, a view of the old quarter. It is close to the Charles Bridge. The hotel manager is the most ideal and kind person. He changed the room I had chosen by mistake, he made me feel very welcome. I had the most fantastic and perfect rest of my life. If I ever end up in Prague, I will definitely come here again ❣️❣️

The location of the apartment was fantastic. It was situated below the castle. Despite people passing by the window it was surprisingly quiet and the area was very quiet from 11pm as the nearby pubs and restaurants close by then. The Charles Bridge is a 10 minute walk way, very convenient for exploring Prague. The lady who manages the apartments was extremely accommodating, friendly and gave us helpful tips on what times to visit certain attractions.

  • Be prepared to wander off the beaten track.

Be prepared to wander off the beaten track. There are lovely gardens in Mala Strana and around the castle which are usually very peaceful. Petrin Hill is great for walking - it is steep, but there is a great funicular railway if you don't fancy the climb. The view rom here is lovely - and also from Letna Park, by the giant metronome. Stromovka is another nice park where you won't be tripping over other tourists and the area around Vysehrad tends to be quiet too. Prague Castle opens quite early and a ticket will give you entry on 2 days. Buy your ticket early to avoid the queues and give you time to see around everything. If you are an early riser, head to Charles Bridge before 10am to avoid the crowds. May is a great time to visit Prague. It is usually sunny, the cherry blossom is out and there are fewer tourists than in the summer. Avoid July and August when it is hot and crowded if you can.

  • Leave the tourist areas!

Leave the tourist areas! Get away from Charles Bridge and Old Town, find a little pub tucked away. Take the tram somewhere and go wandering. If you are in Old Town, check out the Koruna cafeteria (next to Hooters) for some cheap, delicious authentic Czech cuisine. It's where the locals go when they have to be in Old Town.
