We arrived early and were given a free upgrade and our room was ready for us prior to check in time. Room was extremely nice and clean with free access to the mini fridge which was restocked each day. Bed was extremely comfortable. As it was my partners birthday they gave us free wine and meringues which was exceptional service and extremely nice of them. Everything was perfect would definitely recommend

We received a large room by the fantastic host Ondra. He also gave us great tips of must see while in Prague. He really made sure that we had a perfect stay in the town as in our room. Also, a big plus was that the hotel was close to everything. Thanks!

This hotel is the best I stayed in Europe in term of services. I really enjoy the place. Though the hotel is not grand but they give you free drinks including alchohol day and night. All the staffs are helpful and friendly. They give you advices about where to go for lunch and dinner. They even make reservation for our group several times. Also they provide free car service to drop you at the Prague castle. The room was quite. The location is great. Walkable to city centre and all good restuarants.
