The room is clean, hotel is very convenient because its connected to a shopping mall and metro.

Breakfast was excellent and location was great 👍 close to metro! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel desk attendant was amazingly kind and drove me to my work site when uber was a problem and kept dropping my ride request. SO above and beyond to help me out. Couldn’t ask for better service and helpful staff.

The location and accomodation is exceptional: far enough from the busiest parts of Prague to be quiet and charming, and at the same time close enough to be comfortable when it comes to commute. The style is perfect for fans of historical accomodations, and the whole castle complex is beautiful - we didn't have time for a museum tour but we will for sure plan our next trip to Prague with that in mind! Especially in winter, the christmas lights and snow-covered roofs are a sight to behold. The rooms are very clean and retain a great balance between historical charm and modern comfort. Breakfast was amazing, lots of options and served until 11 which allowed us to sleep in and truly enjoy the stay - the noon checkout was much appreciated, too. The staff was AMAZING! Professional, attentive, perfect English, genuinely helpful and nice. Initially we wanted to use the automated check-in and check-out but I'm glad we chose otherwise: the staff exceeds the standards of any hotels we've been to.

The best hotel i’ve ever stayed. Kind, clean, good food, and traditional CZ home vibe with antique interior. It wouldnt be better.
