I had a fantastic experience during my stay at the Metropolitan Old Town Hotel in Prag. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was spotless — the rooms and shared spaces were impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was obvious throughout. The food was also a highlight. Delicious, well-prepared meals with a variety of options made dining a real pleasure. The atmosphere in the hotel was warm and welcoming, thanks especially to the wonderful staff. A very special thank you to Ahmed – his hospitality, professionalism, and friendly nature truly made my stay memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect, and I really appreciated his genuine care and excellent service. The people working at the hotel were kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile. I felt genuinely well taken care of. We had a great stay at the Waldstein We arrived early and were greeted by Alena and Luciano, We were early but had requested an early check in and it was no problem check in was seamless and very helpful. Luciano show us to the room and gave us any useful information about the room. The room was spacious and a mix between modern and old and clean. We were very happy with our stay and the service was very good.
