All good, starting with the staff’s willingness to help (with tips on what we can visit, which means of transportation to use, even tickets if needed, we’ve also received a nice little map of the city), to the design of the room, to the tasty breakfast, to the surrounding area close to embassies and even a police station.. so as safe as it gets and really quiet :) we would definitely stay here again

The hotel was extremely well staffed and friendly. The buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful. The location was perfect for easy access to the trams (no.8) and a short walk to the Metro B station. Really could not fault anything. Excellent.

Everything was great. The location was wonderful as it was a short walk to everything you want to see in Prague. The breakfast had a great selection of fruits, pastries, eggs, meats and cheeses. But most of all, the staff was incredibly kind and so helpful with booking tours and answering questions. I definitely recommend staying here and we will be staying here the next time we visit Prague.

The parking place was reserved just in front of the hotel, what is very important in the center of the city. The attitude of the staff is very friendly and hospitable. they offered welcome drinks not only at the arrival but every day during the stay. beautiful atmosphere of the hotel and spacious rooms make you feel comfortable. Rich choice at breakfast is combined with perfect service of the staff.

Best place to stay in Prague! Walking distance to everything in the Old Town historic touristic area. From the moment you walk in, Jan, Tanya, Eliska and Assem greet you and feels like home.
