It provided the perfect base for some stunning walks around Bad Schandau. Our room was bright, simple and spotlessly clean. Downstairs there was a sitting area with complementary coffee and tea and facilities to warm and store food. We were given a very warm welcome on our arrival, the manager was friendly and super helpful throughout our stay. Accommodation slightly out of the town centre but within walking distance (through pretty park) to shops, restaurants and ferry to the station. Heritage tram (every 30 mins) also very close by. It is worth being aware that it runs right past the villa - could be a bit noisy if you had an apartment on the road-facing side.
