checked in in late night reception welcome is avarage however I was happy with room and location much. Breakfast was awesome. It s open buffet, you can order egg however you want and they served this and hot drinks on your table. Personel in breakfast restaurant was extermly friendly and talented. thanks.

the hotel is located just the outskirts of the castle of Nurnberg. 10 min walk to Christmas market and 5 min to Albrecht Durer House. Very central place. i stayed in a 1 person room and even this one was very spacious and comfortable. it is spotless clean. hotel is 3 star but you get almost 5 star experience. late check-in was possible with a key box and code. the owners are great, very helpful people, always smiling and supporting. hotel was decorated very nicely, even the breakfast buffet and table set-ups were festive. lastly the breakfast- it is amazingly good. selection of local recipes plus fresh cooked warm items. highly recommended if you will stay in Nurnberg.

    We spent a couple of days just walking around and enjoying the buildings and the history. The Castle, Albrecht Durer's house and a walk along the walkable sections of the canal are certainly worth the effort. Eating requires that you like sausages however.
