- The staff were amazing. I had to arrive later than the check-in time due to issues with train delays and a long trip to get there. They were understanding and waited for me. Very friendly staff who also showed me around and explained how everything in the hotel works. - The design of the hotel (especially the lobby) was very classic and i liked it. - Room had all advertised amenities and everything you might expect like toiletries. Bed was comfy, and the shower was spacious. - Multiple public transportation options around the hotel that take you to points of interest. - Room soundproofing was quite good. Overall, it was very satisfactory, and I would happily stay again if I am around Mannheim.

Fantastic room, large, comfortable. Great attention to detail. Super comfy bed and best shower pressure ever. Very helpful staff. Breakfast didn’t have a huge choice but everything was very good quality.

For the price, most excellent hotel. Extremely comfortable, brand new and high standards. The location is easily reached by tram from the City Center. Walking distance from a nice park and the planetarium. Affordable restaurants nearby.
