The lady at reception was lovely, she has excellent customer services skills .Loved the sauna, location (18 minutes walk to the stadium), the view from the room. The room was all you needed after a long flight and delays. The bed was so comfortable, and bathroom was clean and good shower. What really made our stay was the bar and common seating area. We spent time the following day enjoying a few drinks and the comfortable seating. I was really impressed and one lady that was on provided outstanding service to us and would like to thank her for that.
