We liked the location of the Aida as it is well placed for both the old town and beaches. We had stayed before at this property and our second visit was as good as the first. We were given a free upgrade to a seaview room which was much appreciated. The room was a good size and very comfortable with air conditioning, fridge, kettle and lovely view. There are two very good sized swimming pools both of which are kept very clean. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming but a particular mention goes to the gentleman on the front desk who speaks perfect Italian as he was really kind and treated us like family with nothing too much trouble - if there was anything we needed we only had to ask. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

At first, big thanks to Mr Ahmed ismail for all his efforts to make us happy and satisfied. Thanks to mohamed, the room cleaner. Thanks to all the hotdl staff for their lovely treatment and professional service . It's not 4 stars. Old vic more than 5 stars service. Will come back again and again.

The Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort is an absolute gem! The location is breathtaking, nestled right next to the stunning waterfalls that give the resort its name. The services were top-notch, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The food and drinks were delectable, offering a diverse range of culinary delights that catered to all tastes. The reception was warm and welcoming, and the overall decor and ambiance of the resort created a truly luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. Special appreciation to Mr. Abdullah and Mr. Jordian . As for entertainment, the resort offered a variety of activities, from water sports to evening shows, ensuring there was never a dull moment. Truly a remarkable value for the money spent. Great resort, highly recommend! Our room was nice and clean, conveniently located with a beautiful sea view. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful , addressed all our requests with a smile. The food is tasty and there is a wide variety of dishes to choose from. And gorgeous reefs at the floating jetty, so snorkeling equipment is a must have!
