The friendliness of the staff! The facilities were amazing!

I stayed at Jewel Plaza Hotel in and had a truly wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect. Overall, an excellent stay — highly recommended!

My stay at the Royal Regency Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was beautifully maintained—spotlessly clean, spacious, and elegantly furnished. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the thoughtful amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. the cleanliness and friendly staff… the play area for kids

It was quiet with nice spacious rooms. The staff were very nice and helpful. It wasn’t a touristy place like many of the other hotels.

The whole stay was great. It was very clean and the staff were wonderful. Food was excellent and the room was nice. It was my wife's birthday during our stay and the staff helped to make her day memorable.
