My stay at the Royal Regency Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was beautifully maintained—spotlessly clean, spacious, and elegantly furnished. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the thoughtful amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. Whether it was the delicious breakfast, the relaxing lounge area, or the efficient concierge service, everything was handled with great attention to detail and genuine care. What truly stood out was the level of professionalism and kindness shown by the staff. They were always available, attentive, and eager to help with anything I needed. The staff was amazing. Checking in Mina and Ayman were great. The staff in the lounge and bar were simply delightful and amazing. Ayman, Ahmed, Ramon, Ashraf, Osama, Mostafa and all the Mohammed’s.

The location is very good!Homely rooms. Quiet and clean rooms.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was quiet, and the outdoor swimming pool was warm. Breakfast was delicious. I had planned to stay in JW Mariott, but a blessing disguised that I did not. It is a remarkable hotel.
