The hostel provides homemade dinner. Even though you might pay in particularly for the dinner, I'm telling you it's worth it.

Out of our six nights in Luxor, we spent two nights here. Sadly, this hotel cannot compete with Iberotel's substantial discount at that time in terms of value. Nonetheless, still highly recommended! The main draws for staying here are (1) the landmarks' close proximity—four of them are only a short stroll away(if you like walking like us). When we stepped outside at 5:30 a.m., we saw the balloons being inflated between the fields across the street. We then strolled to the Monuments of Memnon and discovered ourselves alone admiring the statue with the balloons—it was breathtaking. Walking on the West Bank is more pleasurable and hustle-free, in our experience. (2) The owner of this locally owned business is a fantastic host. When you need help, he's there. The nicest aspect is that you don't waste time haggling—the quoted price for the taxi is almost the same as what we were able to negotiate while we were staying on the east bank. We’ve been the other hotels and their tour price are inflated. We had trouble arranging the train to Aswan online on our final night. He tried hard to helped us obtain a ticket but was unsuccessful. He then advised us to simply arrive early enough so that we can perhaps find a seat. The following day, a packed breakfast was provided and surprised us by driving us to the boat dock himself. Tips to avoid the crowds plan valley of the kings after 1pm or very early, 8am is late already. book your tickets online at egymonuments.com. You can walk between Luxor temple and Karnak temple via avenue of the sphinx and there’s ticket counter and check on the way closer to Karnak.

    Probably the best site.

Probably the best site. There are fewer people here and you get to see things in a more relaxed way. You get "guides" or museum "attendants" here too who constantly want to point out things to you in exchange for money and it get wearisome but it is a lot less evident than elsewhere.
