I recently stayed at the Serry Beach Resort in Hurghada with 2 friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and modern luxury of the hotel. The facilities were top-notch, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained, like beach volleyball, pottering, hand reading, speed boat rides, and a fantastic spa to unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing rooftop, where we enjoyed breathtaking views while relaxing with a shisha. A special shout-out to the hotel manager, Amir Nagy, who was an exceptional host and made sure we felt welcomed throughout our stay. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly elevated our experience. We also want to give a huge thank you to Mohamed Ali from the Nur Bar for making the best margaritas we’ve ever had! His drinks were incredible and definitely added to the fun of our trip. And Mohamed from the ‘Dar’ Bar always greeted us with a smile and top-notch service, making every visit a pleasure. It was a perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and fun-filled stay in Hurghada, we highly recommend Serry Beach Resort!

We would like to give a special thanks to Mostafa, Ahmed, and Abdallah from the pool team, Mina, the bartender at the splash pool bar, and Mr. Ghaly, the manager. They were there for us every day and truly made our stay unforgettable. Thanks to them, our family of eight had an amazing holiday. The service was excellent (10/10) – the staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Mina, the bartender, deserves a special mention as well. He made delicious cocktails and always greeted us with a smile, which made our time at the splash pool bar even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team also stood out. Every day they surprised us with creative towel art, and the rooms were always spotless. Their attention to detail and dedication ensured that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We also really enjoyed the animation team. The activities were well-organized, and the animators were friendly and fun, making every day entertaining for all ages. Although officially a 4-star hotel, it truly deserves 5 stars. The service exceeded all expectations. The food was diverse and delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised to have free access to all seven à la carte restaurants, which were all excellent. The hotel is connected to the neighboring Le Jardin hotel, where guests can also enjoy the facilities. The aqua park slides were fantastic and fun for all ages, even adults. A minor point of improvement could be the bathrooms, as they are a little dated. However, compared to the outstanding service and overall experience, this was hardly an issue for us. We can highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.

The manager is very friendly and helpful. He helped us with a car transfer between 2 locations. The apartment is very good thought, you have everything you need in there, especially if you want to save some money and prepare a quick breakfast yourself. The markets around are very close and cheap. The kitchen was equipped with everything that was needed. There is a washing machine, really useful. The pool is very good, there is also a private beach.

I had the warmest greeting from Mr Mu on arrival and shown to my room. The room was very spacious and I had a lovely view of the marina. All of the staff are extremely helpful and polite. The view from the roof is absolutely stunning I have friends in hurghada so didn't eat so much other than breakfast up on the roof which was lovely and a few drinks down in the bar Ollies which has a lovely situation.. As a single woman I felt safe and was highly respected. I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely hotel.
