United KingdomWe liked the location of the Aida as it is well placed for both the old town and beaches. We had stayed before at this property and our second visit was as good as the first. We were given a free upgrade to a seaview room which was much appreciated. The room was a good size and very comfortable with air conditioning, fridge, kettle and lovely view. There are two very good sized swimming pools both of which are kept very clean. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming but a particular mention goes to the gentleman on the front desk who speaks perfect Italian as he was really kind and treated us like family with nothing too much trouble - if there was anything we needed we only had to ask. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

IndiaAll good and specially the bar young guy (forgot the name) was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean with a nice view and our check in was at 14:00 but they tried to give us room 1 hour earlier. Thanks a lot to you guys for your hospitality.

United KingdomI wish I knew the sheesha bar was shut as it was the main reason we booked it, also the spa was closed with no notice aswell. These things should be told before we book.
Hassan behind the bar was amazing, made our holiday and we made a friend that day. Animation team was great, they tried very hard even with very little customers, and very funny. To many people to mention but a few honorary mentions.

Be aware that anytime there are markets and sales of stuff involved there will be unbearable pushy men or young boys saying how cheap their merchandise is and you should come and look - 'just look' -' it will be great' - no it will not be great - there will be pressure and angry/disappointed faces or even pushy 'you have to buy now' - beware being asked to have tea or take a business card - or being told they have some relatives living in your part of the world - you will feel forced and scammed and will probably purchase something you don't want for a price way more than it is worth. It's a bummer and we did not even buy one item of the many souvenirs we saw during our two weeks in Egypt.Guest review byKelliAustralia
