I stayed here last year also and this time the hotel was amazing. Everything has been renovated so expect new bedding, towels. The cleanliness is on spot. The staff is very polite and welcoming. The pool area is amazing. It's very easy to reach old town by Taxi which you can get in less than a minute from outside. The area is quiet but close to the old town. The staff plays pleasant music (think of oriental relaxing music) most of the day which is great. The cleaning is done everyday. They provide all things like toilet paper, shampoo, tissues etc. All resort has been repainted so it looks very nice. There are sun loungers for sunbathing with towels provided. The pool is very clean. The price is also great for the quality. You get breakfast too which is typical like bakery, cheese, white cheese, some veg like tomato, squash, ground coffee (the quality is good). It's nice and the staff in the breakfast is polite too. Staff speaks many different languages. Overall I definitely would recommend staying here.

One of the best hotels in Sharm El Sheikh! Spacious and clean rooms, cleaned daily and neatly. Beautiful and spacious courtyard with an excellent pool for adults and children. Beautiful, varied and very tasty food. The cooks are great! I want to express our gratitude to the reception staff and their manager for their attention and respect, Excellent location and homely atmosphere. We didn’t want to leave this hotel!!! We will definitely come back! I hope to see you soon! Recommend it to everyone who still hesitates to choose! Kind regards!

Hospitality was amazing, welcoming from concierge Issac to reception staff, Mr.Abanoub and Farouq was very helpful. Then house keeper Ahmed montaser. Food variety with very good quality food 👌 Plus Animation staff and them activities every day and night shows are excellent. Thanks to service from gerges and hana and ahmed and abd.elmassih. Sandy Beach is perfect .

    Be aware that anytime there are markets and sales of stuff involved there will be unbearable pushy men or young boys saying how cheap their merchandise is and you should come and look - 'just look' -' it will be great' - no it will not be great - there will be pressure and angry/disappointed faces or even pushy 'you have to buy now' - beware being asked to have tea or take a business card - or being told they have some relatives living in your part of the world - you will feel forced and scammed and will probably purchase something you don't want for a price way more than it is worth. It's a bummer and we did not even buy one item of the many souvenirs we saw during our two weeks in Egypt.
