Efficient and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing and the bed extremely comfortable. The location was very good for us... easy to access by taxi from the airport late at night, then close to Barajas metro station for onward travel in the morning. Breakfast was good and generous.
