It exceeded our expectations- huge room with all the amenities including a kitchenette (with fridge, stove, sink, microwave, plates etc), nice bathroom. Huge bed, nespresso machine, nice view into a courtyard… would have loved to stay longer. It was also very quiet. Close to avenida america- within half hour from airport on bus 200

The location of the hotel was perfect, it's in the middle of the beautiful Gran Via. It's in a classic building that impressed us the moment we walked in. The interior is tastefully designed, modern, unique and relaxing. No matter how busy it is outside, you'll always feel serene inside the hotel. Staff is warm and professional, service is swift and cheerful. Breakfast is great and the staff at breakfast are delightful! The room is cozy, the bed is huge and comfortable and everything is spotless. I particularly like the huge bathroom and the view of the Gran Via. My 5 yrs old daughter loves the place because "people are kind". We were pleased we stayed here. I can't recommend it highly enough! Thank you to everyone who made our stay lovely!
