This hotel is great in every way. The location, service and rooms are top notch. We were upgraded to a suite with great views. Everything was clean and really nicely decorated. We appreciated the excellent guidance regarding good restaurants and the always smiling and welcoming staff. We will definitely stay here when we return to San Sebastian.

We have no complaints, the staff are great both check-in and cleaning staff, very friendly and very willing to help - nothing was a problem for them. The hotel itself is very clean, spotless in fact - rooms are a good size too. We would definitely stay here again.
