Location is great, we could walk everywhere, did not even use public transport for the sightseeing. Sraff (especially breakfast service) is friendly, funny and helpful. Rooms were very clean, and the rooftop bar is also great. Big hotel services without big hotel feeling.

But Cibeles is the centre of the view, she is the Goddess ruling her city and giving to all her majesty and beauty. There are many popular songs, but there is one I love from Ana Belen y Víctor Manuel, about a men in love with Cibeles and it is call "A la sombra de un León" Es un símbolo de la ciudad, cada calle que converge en Cibeles es un tesoro a descubrir. Pero Cibeles es el centro de atención, es la Diosa cuidando de su ciudad que se expone en su plena majestad y belleza. hay muchas canciones y poemas que incluyen a Cibeles en Madrid, pero mi favorita es la de Ana Belén y Víctor Manuel llamada "A la sombra de un león" que narra la historia de un hombre enamorado de la Cibeles.
