The location of the hotel was very good: across the river from the train station and in front of the bus stop from the airport, and less than 10 minutes walking from the Old Town or the Playa de la Concha. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities needed to have a pleasant stay. The staff was very warm and welcoming.

Very modern hotel in a prime city center location. Walking distance to all the sights. Very good breakfast/restaurant in the hotel. Room was spacious, very well maintained, great bathroom and bed! Very helpful staff. Can go on with the compliments. Just a fantastic hotel experience!! We didn't even use all the amenities (eg gym, sauna). Hotel also offers Valet service.

Excellent location close to old town and beach. All modern amenities in our room that worked well. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. A really nice breakfast with a very good selection of fresh and cooked options and very friendly kitchen staff. All in all, a great boutique hotel.
