I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is beautifully designed – very aesthetic and stylish, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff at the beach club was absolutely amazing – attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The valet parking was also excellent – smooth, efficient, and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even more convenient.

Comfortable beds ensure excellent sleep. Great spa pool, very clean, heated, including various types of soothing water jets and with different types of fun/alternating warm-cold showers in the same area. Main outside pool crystal clean, with children play area and mini pool just beside the big pool. All personnel very friendly and helpful. I only have positive words about the whole experience. As an advice to the tourists (the following might sound obvious but it does happen): don't forget your things in the safe! I did and had to taxi fast, right from the check in desk at the airport, to retrieve them. Thankfully with a phone call on the way to the hotel, they were able to quickly help me with this situation so it only took 1 minute to recuperate my stuff and get back to the airport in time (by the way: taxi drivers are really helpful too). Thank you!

The room looked exactly like on the pictures, but this was a room in the 6th floor and my understanding it’s bigger than rooms on the other floors. It had a sight view to the harbour and it was quite nice. The terrace was huge and very sunny. The hotel stuff is super friendly and helpful.

Unbelievable hotel in a nice quiet location of San Antonio. Which used to be rare. Just a short walk from mambos, and right on the beach. The rooms, facilities and breakfast were outstanding. And the roof top pool is as good as it gets.

    Friendly staff, a lovely room which had a good view of San Antonio Town and hills in the background. A comfy bed and smart bathroom with good shower. For the star rating I was very impressed. It's also fairly quiet considering it's so near the West End.

    We only stayed for one night- receptionist met us at 11pm - check in was easy and the guy was super friendly. Location was great, next to the west end. Clean and spacious.

    The room had everything we needed, the kitchen and the balcony were a big plus. There was even a couch in the room. The place was also pretty clean and the staff was very helpfull. We liked the location of the hotel just two streets away from all the bars, pubs and restaurants in the "west end" area. I'll definitely return to the hotel next time I visit the island.

    The hotel was very nice. A great location in San Antonio, not too far out, but not in the busy West End. The lunch and evening food was great and the cocktails were really nice. The staff were also great and happy to help. Matheus in particular was funny and always very chatty.

    Stunning interior design and comforts. Mini bar is a nice touch. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Really clean throughout. Great location with easy access to beaches. Despite being above restaurants, bars and near the west end noise was minimal. I chose to stay here for 2 nights after 4 nights on a stag do in Ibiza and was perfect to rest & recover. Will certainly look to stay here or others in the Mambo collection next time!

    next to mambos and only a 2 minute walk to the west end. chill hotel, no mad parties in the night. everything was clean, staff were nice. had a luggage room and shower room if your travelling home late which was great after a day on the beach.

    We have stayed in Ibiza many times and this was by far our favourite hotel. It’s immaculate, modern and stunning! The location is perfect, not too close to all the comotion but still close enough to the west end/mambos etc. The rooftop pool is also a bonus with gorgeous views!
