A lovely team greeted me, I stayed two nights then one more nightthe following week on my way home. My room with a view of the station (lovely building) was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and good with a wide choice. The location is excellent , all the cities sites are a few minutes away on foot. I must say the staff were so friendly and warm and I will stay there again next year.

Location and friendly stuff! We forgot our bag in the taxi and the receptionist called the taxi driver to overcome the language barrier, very grateful!! Hotel is very clean as well, we loved staying here.

A very clean and well managed little hotel in a good spot of Toulouse. Absolutely fantastic staff. The wonderful Pénélope was so kind and helpful, which was extra impressive while she multitasked for other guests at a busy moment. Great that you can park your car directly onsite too. Complementary sparkling waters and coffees at reception also added a nice touch to our morning.

Excellent in all aspects! Staff at the front desk were so helpful and polite! The rooms are not just beautiful and playful but practical and super comfortable! The bed is very big and comfortable so is the shower and bathroom. The restaurant is a must when you stay here and so is the roof bar! We didn't choose to have breakfast here, but the dinner was 10/10! The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to everything, close to train stations and surrounded by an area full of amazing restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shops and it is safe to explore. Cleanliness is perfect from the sheets to the towels and squeaky clean bathroom. Last but not least, the design and quality of this hotel is just unique and makes the experience of staying somewhere besides your home a special highlight! Playful, fun, cheeky, and executed perfectly! Extra points from us go to the environmentally friendly ethos of the hotel if you are someone who cares. Also, they offered to safely store our luggage until it was time for our flight. You pay good money, but it is worth every penny!
