Everything about the property was perfect. Stuff was very nice. Location was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary soft drinks in the room was a nice touch.

Our receptionist on meeting us was so helpful, nice and kind. Ready to help us and accommodate us. Natalie you really are one of a kind. The other staff members were also nice. Rooms clean and little present (macaroons and beauty pack containing face cream, foot cream and sleep spray also provided)

I loved the aesthetic and that there were so many food places. The property was near two metrostations. Also the staff did leave us handwritten letters, in which they were welcoming us.
